Purpose of the site PROMO SCÈNE is a directory of event talents and services covering all of Québec, organized into PROMO SCÈNE territories. PROMO SCÈNE is not a booking agency: the site lets visitors discover providers and contact them directly; PROMO SCÈNE is not a party to any agreement between a visitor and a provider. 2. Provider accounts By creating a provider account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement and agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. 3. Listings and content Every new listing, and every edit to an already-approved listing, is reviewed before publication. PROMO SCÈNE may refuse, request a correction, suspend, or remove a listing that does not comply with these terms. 4. The PROMO SCÈNE APPROVED badge This badge is granted at PROMO SCÈNE's sole discretion, after an in-person meeting with the provider. It is independent of any subscription and is not a guarantee of quality. 5. Subscriptions Public visibility of a listing requires an active, paid subscription in addition to the listing being approved. 6. Limitation of liability PROMO SCÈNE does not guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, or legality of services offered by listed providers and is not a party to agreements between a visitor and a provider. 7. Suspension and termination PROMO SCÈNE may suspend an account that violates these terms. 8. Changes These terms may change. Any new version is published separately, under a new version number, and does not affect acceptances already recorded for a prior version.
