Information collected PROMO SCÈNE collects the information needed to create a provider account (email, password) as well as information submitted by visitors through a listing's contact form (name, email, message, and optionally an event date and location). 2. Use of information This information is used solely to operate the service: authentication, managing listings and subscriptions, and forwarding contact requests to the relevant provider. 3. Disclosure to third parties A provider's email and any other contact information are never displayed publicly on the site. No phone number is ever collected. No personal information is sold to third parties. 4. Cookies Cookie usage is described in a separate policy. 5. Retention Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). 6.
